The REALTORS® Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB) reported 1,387 sales were processed through the RAHB Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) System in September. Sales were 8.2 per cent higher than the same month last year and 25.2 per cent higher than the 10-year average, and were a record for the month of September.
The REALTORS® Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB) reported 1,300 sales were processed through the RAHB Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) System in August. Sales were 7.2 per cent higher than the same month last year and 12.4 per cent higher than the 10-year average.

The REALTORS® Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB) expects to see average sale prices of residential properties increase by 3.5 per cent in 2014, according to 2015 President Donna Bacher. She predicted a market similar to 2014.
