How do I become a RAHB member?
To be eligible for a RAHB membership, you must first belong to a Brokerage that holds a membership with RAHB. Then complete the application below and submit it within 30 days of being licensed with the brokerage along with the appropriate fees to membership@rahb.ca. Once your application is processed you will be notified by email along with details of the mandatory orientation training.
How do I become a RAHB Subscriber Access Member?
If you only need access to our MLS® system and you already belong to another real estate association, you can sign up for Subscriber Access Membership where fees are reciprocal. You can then submit your application online to membership@rahb.ca or contact our Membership Department for more information.
Please note that a Subscriber Access Membership will allow you to access the RAHB MLS® system, but will not allow you to broker load your listings onto the system. If you wish to have a listing inter-boarded onto the RAHB MLS® system, RAHB staff will (for a fee) load the listing onto the system.
I am a new brokerage. How do I apply for RAHB membership?
If you are a new brokerage and would like to become a member of RAHB, you will only be required to pay a one-time entrance fee. Please note that your application must be completed and submitted by the Broker of Record for the brokerage or branch. Additional requirements include a copy of the RECO license for the brokerage or branch. If you have any questions, please contact our membership department (289.778.7467 ext. 251).
Can Appraisers become RAHB Members?
If you are an appraiser, you can apply for access to RAHB’s MLS® system by completing an access contract agreement. However, you will not have access to Geowarehouse, only RAHB’s MLS® system. For more information, contact our Membership Department at 289.778.74671 ext. 251.
