The major focus for participation in federal affairs is PAC Days. This event, held annually on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, allows REALTORS® to speak directly to Members of Parliament about issues that affect homeowners and the real estate industry.
RAHB Charity Golf Tournament
Network, 9 & Dine took place on Thursday, May 23 at the beautiful Heron Point Golf Links. We were happy that the weather was on our side and over 100 golfers were able to enjoy nine holes of golf! All golfers were then treated to a delicious BBQ dinner put on by the wonderful staff at Heron Point.

Habitat for Humanity Hamilton – Build Day
On August 15, members of the REALTORS® Association of Hamilton-Burlington participated in a Build Day with Habitat for Humanity Hamilton in conjunction with the over $77,000 donation made. During the Build Day, the volunteers from RAHB help to build some outdoor features. The Build Day was extremely rewarding as the volunteers got to see firsthand what it takes to build a Habitat Home. Although the volunteers primarily worked on only one of the homes, there were two others on site. These three homes at 10 Dennis Ave in Waterdown will provide stable and affordable housing to three families.
