The REALTORS® Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB) reported 1,649 sales were processed through the RAHB Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) System in April. Sales were 2.7 per cent lower than the same month last year yet 13 per cent higher than the 10-year average.
The REALTORS® Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB) reported 1,482 sales were processed through the RAHB Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) System in March, a new record for the month. Sales were 6.8 per cent higher than the same month last year and 15.2 per cent higher than the 10-year average.
RAHB reported through its MLS® System that sales were five per cent higher than the same month last year and 9.8 per cent higher than the 10-year average. It was the highest number of sales for the month of February since 2006.
The REALTORS® Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB) reported 779 sales were processed through the RAHB Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) System in January. Sales were 9.3 per cent higher than the same month last year and four per cent higher than the 10-year average.
The REALTORS® Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB) reported 802 sales were processed through the RAHB Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) System in December of 2015. Sales were 1.3 per cent higher than the same month the previous year, 17.6 per cent higher than the 10-year average, and were a new record for the month of December. This is the fifth month in a row where the record for monthly sales has been broken.

Sales were 15.1 per cent higher than the same month last year, 23.8 per cent higher than the 10-year average, and were a record for the month of November. This is the fourth month in a row where records for monthly sales have been broken.

Sales were 13 per cent higher than the same month last year, 25.8 per cent higher than the 10-year average, and were a record for the month of October. This is the third month in a row where records for monthly sales have been broken.

Sales were 8.2 per cent higher than the same month last year and 25.2 per cent higher than the 10-year average, and were a record for the month of September.
The REALTORS® Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB) reported 1,300 sales were processed through the RAHB Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) System in August. Sales were 7.2 per cent higher than the same month last year and 12.4 per cent higher than the 10-year average.
The REALTORS® Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB) reported 1624 sales processed through the RAHB Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) System in July. While this was no record-breaking month, sales were still 4.4 per cent higher than the same month last year and 27.1 per cent higher than the historical 10-year average.
