Following the Expression of Interest application period and candidate interviews, the Nomination Committee has endorsed the following members to fill the six vacancies on RAHB’s Board of Directors for the 2023-2025 term:

Jim Duschl, Sales Representative, RE/MAX Real Estate Centre Inc. Brokerage (two-year term)
Diane Price, Sales Representative, Keller Williams Complete Realty Brokerage (one-year term)
Margaret Reid, Sales Representative, Royal LePage State Realty Brokerage (two-year term)

Julie Sergi, Broker, Royal LePage Burloak Real Estate Services Brokerage (two-year term)
Brian Shaw, Sales Representative, EXP Realty Brokerage (two-year term)
David Zalepa, Sales Representative, RE/MAX Real Estate Centre Inc. Brokerage (two-year term)

Additionally, the following directors will continue to serve on the Board of Directors for 2023/2024:

Lou Piriano, Broker of Record, L. Piriano Real Estate Brokerage will become Immediate Past President

As outlined in our revised process, we now enter the Nomination period. Members who meet the qualifications and that are not included on the recommended slate are eligible to submit a Nomination Application until March 10, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. 

Should additional applications of qualified members be received through the Nomination period, electronic voting will take place from April 4 to 10, 2023 (voting for Directors will not take place at the AGM). If no additional applications are submitted, the slate listed above as recommended by the Nomination Committee shall be appointed.
