The REALTORS® Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB) reported 779 sales were processed through the RAHB Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) System in January. Sales were 9.3 per cent higher than the same month last year and four per cent higher than the 10-year average.

While this was no record-breaking month, sales were still 4.4 per cent higher than the same month last year and 27.1 per cent higher than the historical 10-year average.

June’s 2062 property sales processed through the RAHB Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) system smashed the record of 1810 sales set just last month.
