Closures & Cancellations

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Burlington and other resources have implemented the following new policies:
- Effective March 19 and until further notice, Burlington Transit will not be collecting fares. Customers with auto-renew monthly passes who do not need the April pass have until March 20 to cancel the auto-renew
- As such, Burlington Hydro will work with customers and offer a number of payment terms/options for those who are struggling to pay their electricity bills.
