Mayoral candidates Keanin Loomis, Bob Bratina, and Andrea Horwath will join us on Tuesday, September 27, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. at Carmen’s Banquet Centre to answer “What’s NEXT?” for Hamilton. We’ll ask each candidate about their plans for job creation, public and private investment, infrastructure, transportation, housing, and so much more!

Burlington Chamber of Commerce Mayoral Debate – Tuesday, October 4, 2022 – 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Attend the Mayoral Candidates Debate, where the Burlington Chamber of Commerce is providing an opportunity for the business community to learn more about each candidate and have their questions answered.

Grimsby Chamber of Commerce All Candidates Night – Thursday, October 6, 2022 – 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The Casablanca Hotel, 4 Windward Dr, Grimsby, ON L3M 4E8

  • 5:00 PM: Informal meet-and-greet with all candidates
  • 6:30 PM: Q&A session with candidates for Regional Council
  • 7:00 PM: Debate with Mayoral candidates
  • 8:10 PM: Additional informal meet-and-greet opportunity
  • 8:45 PM: Evening concludes

The Grimsby Chamber is hosting a Meet Your Candidates event at The Casablanca Hotel on Thursday, October 6. Doors open to the public at 5:00 PM.

Haldimand Mayoral Candidates Debate – Wednesday, October 12, 2022 – 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Caledonia Lions Community Centre – 100 Haddington Street, Caledonia, ON

  • Doors open for meet and greet at 6:00 p.m.
  • Debate begins at 7:00 p.m.
  • Debate ends at 9:00 p.m.

All candidates, mayoral and ward, have been invited to join us for the meet and greet portion. The debate will just be the mayoral candidates so we can ensure we get through a good number of questions. The debate portion will be streamed live online, in addition to being open to the public.
