The ABR® course educates and prepares the buyer representative to provide the kind of service and fidelity to buyers which sellers have always wanted. This two-day in-class course provides techniques, tools and resources to help the real estate professional succeed as a buyer representative. Course content covers agency relationships; negotiation strategies; the advantages of buyer representation from the buyer, seller, listing and selling broker perspectives; and identifying sources of buyer clients.
The in-class format facilitates student interaction for information sharing, discussions and networking, as well as face-to-face communication with the instructor.
