A Commercial REALTOR® who is a National Commercial Council (NCC) member must also be a member of the commercial division of their local real estate board or association. Each member must abide by a high standard of professional conduct and a strict Code of Ethics, optimizing the performance and service the public has a right to expect. They also have access to post listings on ICX.CA, the national web site for commercial property listings in Canada.
